Why participate in InnovAzul

The University of Cadiz together with the institutions and companies associated with the Campus of International Excellence of the Sea. CEIMAR, the European University of the Seas SEA-EU and with the support of the Regional Government of Andalusia, the City Council of Cadiz and other administrations organises a new edition of the International Meeting Knowledge and Blue Economy. InnovAzul, in the framework of the ITEAzul project. Innovation and transfer for the Blue Economy led by the University of Cadiz and co-financed by the Operational Programme ERDF 2014-2020 and by the Ministry of Economic Transformation, Industry, Knowledge and Universities of the Andalusian Regional Government.

InnovAzul is the meeting point for professionals from the Blue Economy sectors to promote innovation, knowledge transfer and the exchange of innovative technological solutions that increase the competitiveness of industry and society.

This international meeting will promote the creation of networks and the exchange of good practices in transformative innovation policies and will contribute to aligning the business and research sectors, as well as defining the new roadmap for the Blue Economy innovation ecosystem.

At InnovAzul, participants will have the opportunity to collaborate, organise B2B meetings, network, find new partners, establish strategic alliances and synergies, as well as showcase innovative initiatives, solutions and projects that contribute to the sustainability towards a Blue and Green Economy.

Registration

How to participate

You must be registered and have the corresponding accreditation to gain access to the Palacio de Congresos. Registration as a research visitor or professional visitor is free of charge and gives access to the exhibition area, lectures, round tables and the rest of the programme. To participate in the parallel events, you must register according to the specific requirements of each one.

Here’s how to actively participate:

Presenting your products, services or innovative projects at a stand.

Meeting with new partners at a B2B meeting table

  • Rental of the floor, open front design stand and closed sides with carpets and counter, electrical connection, printing of graphics on the back and counter (canvas with slogan and image provided by the organisation, vinyl with logo and name of the organisation), basic furniture (round table and two chairs). The stands are modular, 3×2 metres.

  • Working table for bilateral meetings (table + three chairs + electrical connection + company badge), regardless of the number of modules contracted.

  • Accreditation for 5 attendees (access to the exhibition area, presentations, round tables and the rest of the programme).

  • Online application for electronic agenda that allows you to formalise up to 40 bilateral meetings.

  • Two working lunches included for two stand registrants only valid for 30 November. The remaining lunches can be purchased as an extra (deadline for purchase is 8 November).

  • Meetings can be held in the mornings and afternoons on 29, 30 November and 1 December.

  • The stand will be delivered on 28 November at midday and the fair will last 4 days, 29 and 30 focused on InnovAzul and 1 and 2 December as a continuity of parallel events.

  • Further information and details will be provided in the trade exhibition dossier that we will provide upon contracting. The location of the stand on the floor plan will be determined by the organisers. Once the sale is closed, the distribution will be communicated according to the areas delimited by sectors. The same applies to the tables.

  • Accreditation for 2 attendees (access to the exhibition area, presentations and round tables and the rest of the programme).

 

  • Online application for electronic agenda that allows up to 40 bilateral meetings to be formalised.

 

  • The meetings can be held in the mornings and afternoons on 29, 30 November and 1 December.

 

  • Working lunches can be purchased as an extra (deadline for purchase: 8 November).

  • Online application for electronic agenda that allows up to 2 bilateral meetings to be formalised, at rotating tables subject to availability (bookings allocated in order of registration).
